On this 25th of September, Career141 proudly entered into a landmark collaboration with ICBT Campus, one of Sri Lanka’s premier private universities with 10 branches, 5 faculties, and a vibrant student community of 18,000+ undergraduates and postgraduates.
This initiative, branded as the EDUCorp Partnership, is designed to bridge education with corporate excellence by channeling CAREER141’s 20+ years of executive search expertise, both locally and globally, into shaping the next generation of professionals.

The signing ceremony was graced by the leadership of both institutions. Representing ICBT Campus were Sampath Kannangara, the CEO & Executive Dean, Sampath Perera, the General Manager and Kelum Wickramarachchi, the Senior Lecturer / Head of Career Guidance & Placement Unit. On behalf of Career141 Executive Search, the agreement was signed by Azeem Ansar, the Managing Director, Uzmaan Azeemusham, the Head of Digital Growth & International Business, and Nipuni Senanayake, the Senior Executive – People & Culture.

The ICBT Campus Research Division successfully organized its first-ever in-person International Collaborative Research Conference, held in partnership with Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University (SJJTU), India, on May 23, 2025, at the ICBT Campus in Colombo. The conference was further supported by the Society of Science, Technology and Humanity, India, and J. Watumull Sadhubella Girls College, India.

The theme of the conference was “Innovative Ideas in the Fields of Science, Social Sciences, Management, and Humanities” (IISSSMH-2025). It provided an excellent platform for academics, undergraduates, and postgraduates to present their novel research findings to a global audience and gain international recognition. The online version of IISSSMH-2025 was conducted simultaneously by SJJTU, India, in parallel with the physical conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The ICBT Graduation 2025 was held on the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 21st of February 2025, at the BMICH premises. The event celebrated the accomplishments and academic success of the graduates, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey.
